I love going to restaurants, eating great meals and then trying to backwards engineer my favorite dishes at home. I often learn the best new recipes when I am on vacation and have time to practice a few times. I have a passion for unusual salads and Asian cuisine so you will likely spot me roaming around Uwajimaya in Seattle on the weekends. I have 5 kids (4 boys and 1 girl) and they are all better at cooking than I am. :)
