- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon curry powder
- 1 Tablespoon water
- 1 (6 ounce) can good quality tuna
- 1/2 red pepper, chopped into strips
- 1 mango diced, or about 1 cup of frozen mango, thawed
- Greens
- 1/2 Cup plain yogurt
- Cumin seeds
