- 2 to 3 drops lemon juice
- 2 to 3 green chillies

- For sweet tamarind chutney:
- ½ cup seedless tamarind
- 1.75 cups water
- ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
- ½ teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 pinch asafoetida
- ¼ teaspoon red chili powder
- 7 to 8 tablespoons jaggery powder
- 1 teaspoon oil
