- other ingredients for bhogichi bhaji:

- ½ teaspoon mustard seeds
- ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 large onion
- 1 pinch asafoetida
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 6 to 7 curry leaves
- 1 inch ginger
- 4 to 5 medium garlic cloves
- 1 green chili
- 1 medium to large carrot
- ½ cup chopped broad beans
- ½ cup chopped snow peas
- 1 drumstick
- ¼ cup green peas
- ¼ cup beans shelled from lima beans
- 7 to 8 small brinjals
- 2 medium sized potatoes
- 6 to 7 bor
- 2 cups water
- 2 teaspoons goda masala
- ¼ cup chopped coriander leaves
- salt
- ½ to 1 teaspoon jaggery
- 3 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
