• 2 tbsp flour
• 1 ½ cups beef stock
• ½ cup strong brewed coffee
• ½ cup heavy cream
• 1 tsp Dijon mustar
• 2 tbsp chopped parsley
• 2 tbsp chopped dill
• 1 tbsp olive oil
