- 2 tsp corn starch
- 4 green onion (scallion) sliced (about 2/3 cup)
- 2 tbsp unsalted peanuts sliced
- 1 package microwave brown rice to make 1 cup cooked rice
- 0.25 cup dry sherry
- 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 cup Chinese (napa) cabbage sliced
- 4 tsp sesame oil
- 3 tsp garlic minced
- 2 cup cucumber(s) peeled and sliced
- 3 cup fresh bean sprouts
- 0.25 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 sugar substitute Sugar substitute equivalent to 2 Tsps.. Sugar
