- 1/3 c quick oats
- 1/3 c buckwheat flour
- 2/3 c almond flour
- 2 tsp poppy seeds
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 Tbsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 5 Tbsp unsalted butter
- Filling:
- 3 c rhubarb cut into 1/4’’ thick pieces
- 2 c strawberry
- 1/3 c brown sugar
- 1 lemon
- 3/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 c white sugar
- 2 Tbsp corn starch
- 1/2 c red wine
- Creme fraiche, whipped cream, or ice cream to serve
