Our Favorite Overnight Oats
Ingredients (12)
- Basic Overnight Oats:
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Dash fine sea salt, optional
- 1/2 cup dairy or non-dairy milk (we use unsweetened non-dairy milk)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional Ingredients:
- 1 to 2 tablespoons nut butter or sunflower seed butter
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit
- 1 to 3 tablespoons chopped nuts, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds or shredded coconut
- Drizzle of honey or maple syrup
