- ½ cup heaped chopped carrots
- ½ cup heaped chopped potatoes
- ¼ cup chopped french beans
- ⅓ cup green peas,
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups water
- for roasting vermicelli:
- ½ tablespoon ghee
- 1 cup vermicelli
- for frying onions:
- 1.5 tablespoons ghee
- 1 large onion
- other ingredient:
- 1 teaspoon kewra water
