- 1 lbs chicken breasts boneless, skinless, all visible fat discarded, cut into 28 strips
- 1 tsp red hot-pepper sauce
- 1 cup corn flake cereal crushed, (about 2 1/2 cups flakes)
- 0.25 cup low-fat buttermilk low-fat
- 2 tbsp whole-wheat flour or all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
