- 0.5 cup shiitake mushrooms sliced thin
- 0.25 cup cilantro chopped
- 0.5 cup cucumber(s) peeled, seeded and diced
- 2 cup cooked chicken shredded
- 1 cup cabbage shredded
- 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground ginger
