- 0.5 lemon juiced
- 2 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 1 can chickpea (garbanzo) beans 16-ounce, rinsed and drained
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper if you prefer less spicy, use paprika
- 1 Pinch ground black pepper
- 2 cucumber(s) peeled and sliced into rounds
