  • 1 jalapeño pepper stemmed and finely chopped
  • 0.5 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 roma (plum) tomatoes seeded and chopped
  • 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
