- 1 14 1/2-ounce can diced tomatoes drained
- 0.75 cup zucchini diced
- 1 red or green bell pepper chopped
- 0.5 tsp paprika salt to taste
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 clove garlic minced
- 1 small onion minced
- 0.75 lbs ground chicken
- 0.5 cup bottled BBQ sauce (look for a brand with the lowest amount of sugar)
- 4 whole wheat hamburger buns toasted
