- 2 cups chopped peaches (2 large)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- FOR THE WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE:
- 2 cups cold cream whole/heavy or whipping cream*
- 1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 3 - 5 1/2 ounces white chocolate
- *The cream should have at least 30% fat.:
