  • 1 Cups various seeds and nuts (I used 2/3 Cups sunflower seeds, almonds, and cashews for this version)
  • 1/2 Cup dried fruit (cranberries, cherries, etc)
  • 1/2 Tablespoon cocoa powder (optional)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • Granola Bars:
  • The above granola recipe
  • 3/4 Cup honey
  • 1/2 Cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 Cup Brown sugar
  • 1/4 Cup neutral oil (grapeseed or corn works well)
