- 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil for cooking
- Fresh mint, for garnish

- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1-2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce
