  • 1/4 cup bottled lime juice
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin seed, toasted
  • 1 teaspoon coriander, toasted
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, toasted
  • 1 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
