- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, from the small lemon that was zested for the pie
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream, plus additional if needed to thin the glaze
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
