- 1 1/2 cups raw cashews soaked for 1-24 hours (see notes)
- 1 lb. fresh strawberries tops cut off
- 1/2 cup coconut oil softened
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup coconut sugar can sub granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- Juice from 1/2 lime
- Toppings:
- Coconut whipped cream
- Sliced strawberries
