- 1 lime juiced (about 2-3 tablespoons)
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- Chilaquiles:
- 12 corn tortillas
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup Mexican crema or sour cream
- 1/4 cup cotija cheese
- 1 tbsp cilantro chopped
- Other Optional Toppings:
- 1 fried egg per serving
- 1 cup shredded chicken
