- 1 Can Tomato Paste 6 oz.
- 1 Red Onion chopped
- 1 Red Bell Pepper seeded and chopped
- 1 1/2 Jalapeños seeded and minced *optional
- 2-3 Cups Beef Stock
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Oregano dried
- 2 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
- 1-2 Teaspoons Kosher Salt or to taste based on the smoked brisket
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper ground
- 2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 3 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic minced
