- 3 Tablespoon mayo
- 2-3 Tablespoons water
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and roughly chopped
- Large handful (about 1 cup loosely packed) freshed cilantro leaves and stems
- Squeeze of lime
- Salt and pepper, to taste
