• 3 large egg yolks
• 2 Tablespoons dark rum
• 3 Tablespoons sugar
• 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
• 1 cup whipping cream
• 1 cup brewed coffee
• 2 Tablespoons dark rum
• Cocoa powder
