- 1 cup fenugreek leaves
- 2 to 3 inches radish root
- 2 dry red chilies
- 1 medium sized onion
- 1 green chili
- ½ inch ginger
- 2 to 3 garlic
- 1 medium size tomato
- 1 inch cinnamon
- 1 small tej patta
- 250 grams paneer
- a generous pinch of turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 or 1.5 tablespoon besan
- 1 teaspoon crushed kasoori methi
- salt as required
- 2 tablespoon oil or butter
