  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons khoya
  • 3 tablespoons Curd
  • 4 tablespoons Ghee
  • For sugar syrup:
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • For rabdi:
  • 1.25 litres whole milk
  • 2.5 to 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 5 to 6 green cardamoms
  • 2 pinches saffron strands
  • 1 teaspoon rose water
  • 2 tablespoons almonds
  • 2 tablespoons pistachios
