- 3/4 to 1 cup chopped mix vegetables
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon chopped mint leaves
- 1.75 cups water
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 to 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves for garnish

- 2 green cardamoms
- 1 small star anise
