  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • ½ teaspoon mustard seeds

  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • 1 green chili
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ¼ teaspoon red chili powder
  • 250 grams okra
  • salt as required
  • few chopped coriander leaves
