- ⅓ cup thinly sliced spring onion whites
- ½ teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- ⅓ cup chopped tomatoes
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon coriander powder
- ½ teaspoon garam masala powder

- 1 to 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
- 2 to 3 tablespoons chopped spring onion greens
