- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
- 1 green chili
- ⅓ cup chopped spring onion whites or onions
- ⅓ cup finely chopped capsicum
- 1/2 cup finely chopped carrots
- 2 cups finely chopped button mushrooms
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- salt
- 2 teaspoons rice wine
- 2 to 3 tablespoons spring onion greens
