- 2 chili powder
- 0.125 tsp salt
- 8 oz ground beef 95% fat-free
- 1 nonstick cooking spray
- 3 clove medium garlic minced
- 4 large red or green bell peppers, or a combination stems, seeds, and ribs discarded, tops chopped and reserved
- 0.5 cup onion(s) chopped
- 1 tsp ground cumin
