- 0.5 cup whole wheat flour
- 0.25 cup pumpkin seeds unsalted, toasted
- 0.25 cup unsalted almonds raw, sliced
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries and/or pitted cherries
- 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
- 1 tbsp arrowroot powder
- 6 medium pears or apples peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 0.25 tsp fine sea salt
- 0.33 cup pure maple syrup preferably grade B
