  • 0.25 cup cranberries dried
  • 1 lime juice only, about 2 tablespoons
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce reduced-sodium, (use wheat/gluten-free if needed)
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 sweet Asian chili sauce, or substitute mango chutney or apricot jam
  • 2 toasted sesame oil
  • 0.75 cup brown rice
  • 1 avocado peeled and diced
