  • 6 large egg yolks whisked until foamy
  • 6 oz pine nuts
  • 0.66 cup agave nectar raw
  • 1 cup golden raisins soaked in 3/4 cup orange juice for 20 minutes
  • 4 large egg whites
  • 0.25 cup natural sugar
  • 0.75 lbs skim milk ricotta
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar for garnish
