- 1 ripe avocado preferably Hass variety, peeled, pitted, and cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp toasted pine nuts
- 1 Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, walnut oil, or hazelnut oil
- 1 salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp raspberry vinegar
- 1 cup strawberries hulled and cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 2 cup bite-sized pieces arugula or watercress
