- 0.5 tsp salt optional
- 0.5 tsp herbs d’provence
- 1 cup cooked turkey sausage crumbles
- 1 cup egg substitute NOTE: I used egg beaters
- 1 nonstick cooking spray
- 4 egg whites
- 0.5 tsp cream of tartar
