- 1 cloves or 2 of garlic chopped
- a pinch or two of hot pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- in small handful of arugula
- 2 1/2-3 cups cooked spaghetti
