- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/3 cup butter milk (or add 1/2 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice to 1/3 cup and top with milk
- freshly grated Parmesan cheese
