- BROWNIE CAKE:
- 1/2 cup butter* (112 grams)
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa (sifted)
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup flour sifted
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 15 large marshmallows cut in half (1 cup or more mini)
- QUICK FUDGE FROSTING:
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar 180 grams
- 1/4 cup cocoa 24 grams
- pinch salt
- 3-5 tablespoons milk (I used 2%)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
