- CHOCOLATE PIE DOUGH:
- 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 cup + 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- VANILLA PANNA COTTA:
- 3 gelatin leaves (1 tablespoon powder)
- 2 cups + 3 tablespoons whole/heavy or whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons sugar
- BERRY SAUCE:
- 2 cups berries (I used 1 cup frozen and 1 cup fresh)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
