  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts or pecans)
  • CINNAMON GLAZE:
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk or cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (more or less you decide)
