- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs*
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup whole fat greek yogurt*
- 2 tablespoons whole milk*
- LEMON MARSCARPONE FROSTING:
- 1 1/2 cups whole / heavy / whipping cream
- 8 ounces mascarpone*
- 1 zest lemon
- 2-4 tablespoons powdered sugar (I used 3 tablespoons)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
