- 2 1/4 cups cake flour
- 3/4 cup + 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/3-2/3 cup nuts finely chopped (walnuts, pecans or hazelnuts)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)*
- 1 egg yolk (room temperature)*
- 3/4 cup + 1 tablespoon butter (melted and cooled)
- 2 1/3 cups shredded zucchini (about 2 medium)
- 1/4-1/3 cup chocolate chips (small or regular, semi sweet or milk)
