- 4 slices boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon butter softened
- 1 tablespoon fresh Italian parsley
- 2-3 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 4 slices of cooked ham or prosciutto
- 4 - 8 slices of fontal cheese or swiss cheese
- salt to taste*
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- *If you are using Prosciutto instead of cooked ham it's best to not add any salt since prosciutto is salty enough on its own.:
