- 3 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 yellow onion
- 2 green onions
- 1 Tbsp garlic
- ½ Tbsp ginger
- 3 cups cooked and refrigerated rice
- 1 ½ cup kimchi
- salt and pepper to taste
