• For the White Chocolate Buttercream Frosting:
• 6 ounces Lindt CLASSIC RECIPE White Chocolate
• 1 cup unsalted butter
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon pure almond extract
• 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
• For Decorating the Cake:
• Sweetened flaked coconut
