- 16 ounces ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- For the Ravioli Dough (Single Batch—you will need 4 batches):
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
