  • 3-4 ounces pear nectar (I like R.W. Knudsen)
  • Tiny dash of cinnamon
  • One drop vanilla extract
  • Light drizzle of honey simple syrup*
  • Half of a lemon, juiced
  • Cinnamon stick, to garnish (optional)
