- 1 28 oz can whole, peeled tomatoes, crushed by hand
- 1 7 oz can tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp dried oregano
- 1 Tbsp dried thyme
- 1/2 Tbsp dried marjoram
- Basil or parsley to garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 16 oz fresh mozzarella cheese log
- 2/3 c grated Parmesan
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 c ricotta cheese
