Ingredients (10)
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 7 oz chipotle adobo canned peppers
- 4 oz canned green chills
- 2 tsp coriander
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1.3 pounds of ground organic beef
- 1 large sweet potato cut into 1/2 inch cubes and roasted or sautéed until soft
- 2 c sharp cheddar
- 8-10 collard green leaves
